Repair and painting interior/exterior warehouse - Silves

The client contacted CAJC to request a quote for several jobs. This site consisted of a warehouse/production site on the ground floor and a dwelling on the upper floor. The warehouse on the ground floor due to production and infiltrations was in poor condition, as can be seen in the photographs, and it was necessary to apply a product to remove dirt and impurities from the walls, as well as painting the interior of the affected areas, and the metal gates were painted on the exterior. On the upper floor and on the respective access staircase, the current insulation was already in an advanced state of degradation, so it was necessary to apply a new waterproofing to avoid new infiltrations.
