ETICS System (Capoto)

ETICS - Exterior Thermal Insulation System, also known as Capoto is one of the most effective solutions to increase the thermal performance inside the property and to reduce moisture and mold. This system works based on material with low thermal conductivity that is applied around the walls of the property in order to stabilize the interior temperature.

The application of CAPOTO is most effective in buildings with little or no thermal insulation, in the presence of infiltrations, or in more degraded buildings.
This system can be placed in homes, warehouses, garages, and commercial spaces that are already built or under construction. While in buildings under construction, the capoto is integrated into the project from the beginning, in buildings already built, an adaptation is made for the possible execution of the same.

CAPOTO is a complex system consisting of thermal insulation boards covered and reinforced with an adhesive mortar reinforced with a fiberglass mesh and a finish at the client's discretion.

A aplicação deste sistema é mais eficaz em edifícios com pouco ou nenhum isolamento térmico, na presença de infiltrações ou em edifícios mais degradados.

O Capoto pode ser colocado em habitações, armazéns, garagens, espaços comerciais já construídos ou em processo de construção. Nos imóveis em construção o capoto é integrado no projeto, em imóveis já construídos é feita uma adaptação para a receção deste sistema.

Este é um sistema complexo, constituído por placas de isolamento térmico revestidas e reforçadas com uma argamassa adesiva armada com uma malha de fibra de vidro e um acabamento ao critério do cliente.
