Located in the heart of Lagoa, Algarve, the hostel was in need of a complete renovation. The façade, worn down by time and the coastal climate, had cracks and an aged appearance that did not reflect the vibrant culture of the region.

Process

Preparation and Diagnosis

Before painting the Hostel in Lagoa, we inspected the façade to identify and treat problems such as cracks and damp. We removed the old paint and cleaned the entire surface to ensure the durability of the new paint.

Repair and Treatment

The façade restoration included repairing all cracks and imperfections. We used high-quality materials and specific primers to protect the walls and reinforce their structure, preparing them for the final finish.

Final Painting of the Façade

For the exterior paintwork, we chose a durable paint and a vibrant yellow colour, which brought the building back to life. The result is a renovated and protected façade that stands out in the Algarve and demonstrates our quality in building repair and painting.
