The application of the External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS), commonly known as Capoto, is one of the most effective interventions for improving the performance of any building.
This system not only solves the problem of thermal bridges, but also provides significant savings in long-term air conditioning costs.

Process

Rigorous and Transparent Quotation

Our approach begins with a detailed technical assessment on site to measure and identify all the specific needs of the building (thermal bridges, irregularities). The quote is prepared with complete transparency, detailing the materials to be used (type of insulation, thickness, mortars and primers) and labour. We ensure that the client is aware of the total cost and the added value of the long-term investment in energy efficiency.

Professional and Certified Execution

The execution phase strictly follows the technical standards and specifications of the ETICS system. Our team ensures the correct fixing of the insulation boards, the application of the levelling layer and the integration of the fibreglass mesh – the crucial element that gives the system its mechanical strength. The entire process is monitored to ensure the continuity of the insulation and the total elimination of thermal bridges.

Aesthetic and Durable Finish

The finishing touches are provided by the finish. In this project, we selected a light grey plaster with an appealing texture, which provides high resistance to weathering and ageing. The contrasting white profiles and mouldings provide an elegant border and highlight the architecture of the house, resulting in a façade that is not only thermally efficient, but also visually impeccable and easy to maintain.

Challenge and Solution

The house was energy inefficient and had thermal bridges. Heating and cooling costs were high.
The façade required extensive and durable renovation. It was crucial to combat damp and the ageing of the structure. The aim was to increase the thermal comfort of the dwelling.

We have implemented the high-performance Capoto (ETICS) system. We have used certified insulation for maximum efficiency.
The rigorous application eliminated existing thermal bridges. The grey and white finish modernised the façade.
The house now guarantees energy savings and increased property value.

The soft light grey finish, complemented by immaculate white frames, gives the façade a modern and sophisticated look.
This final coating is not only aesthetic, but also ensures maximum durability and weather resistance. The Capoto system ensures continuous thermal insulation, providing unparalleled interior comfort.
